$5,000 Savings Guarantee Certificate
As a Preferred Buyer, you are guaranteed that when you find your dream home, I will negotiate the transaction for you to help you obtain any home listed on the Multiple Listing Service for at least $5,000 less than the listed price or I will give you a $1,000 gift card at the closing of the sale.
Conditions:
1. Buyer shall obtain pre-approval (at no cost to the buyer) from a home lender within 21 days from the date of this guarantee.
2. Listed price of the home shall be $350,000 or more.
3. For homes priced from $250,000 to $350,000, we guarantee to save you at least $2,500 off the listed price or we will give you a $500 gift card at the closing of the sale.
4. For homes priced from $150,000 to $250,000, we guarantee to save you at least $1,000 off the listed price or we will give you a $250 gift card at the closing of the sale.
5. The seller will pay our entire commission. You don't owe us a penny.equitable fashion.
6. This guarantee applies only to homes listed by other brokerage companies or for homes that are listed by Weichert. For homes that are listed by myself, I will act as a in the capacity as described in the representation agreement, and do our best to bring both buyer and seller together in a fair and and equitable manner.
7. The agreed upon gift card will be distributed at the closing of the sale of the home and in no event shall exceed an amount greater than one-half of the commission that we earn on the transaction.
